1.基本要求

Basic Requirements

(1) 18-35岁

Between 18-35 years old

(2)对中国友好，无犯罪记录，持外国有效普通护照，非中国公民。

friendly to China, with no criminal record, holding a valid ordinary passport of a foreign country and not a Chinese citizen.

(2)高中毕业(申请时未毕业者，须提供预毕业证明，最迟在入学时取得高中毕业证书)。

Graduated from high school (those who have not graduated at the time of application must provide proof of pre-graduation and must obtain a high school diploma by the time of admission at the latest.)

(4)遵守教育部教育和外事函[2020]12号的规定。

Comply with the provisions of the Ministry of Education’s Education and Foreign Affairs Letter [2020] No. 12.

2.语言要求

Language Requirements

(1)母语为英语者，免提供英语语言证明。

Applicants whose native language is English are exempt from providing English language certification.

(2)非英语母语的申请者必须提供托福、雅思或其他同等水平的英语水平证明。

Applicants whose native language is not English must provide proof of English proficiency through TOEFL, IELTS, or other equivalent level English proficiency certificates.

(3)母语非英语但接受过最高英语教育的申请人不需要提供雅思/托福证书，但必须提交教学语言证明。

Applicants whose native language is not English but have received their highest education in English need not provide IELTS/TOEFL certificates but must submit proof of the language of instruction.
